This online activity (Webinar 16.3) is very undoubtedly useful because it talks about a teaching variation to make teachers and students learn and work together, but of course it still focuses on the student-learning-center, so it may use the CLT as the method.

Actually, the Gradual Release of Responsibility in Mind needs the appropriate time, so it makes teachers to manage the teaching time effectively. In my opinion, I think that teachers are going to focus on teaching the students step by step to learn the simplest materials until the complex materials both in group works and individual works.

The stages of GRR are :
    1. The Focus Lesson (I Do)
    2. The Guided Lesson (We Do Together)
    3. The Collaborative Learning (You Do Together)
    4. The Independent Practice (You Do Alone)

The GRR is more likely to help teachers to vary their teaching style to improve their students' abilities to comprehend. Therefore, I want to emphasize that the more teachers practice withe them, the more they become competent and become friends. In the end, there is a reflection time to make sure that the students clearly understand.

It is a great and creative style, I think.
A lot of thanks to webinar.

I think that this teaching is valuable to teaching students about cultural understanding. Sometimes, students have to learn not just about a material. Through this learning, it can stimulate all the senses of the students. This teaching is free but still under teacher’s control, improve student’s critical thinking and be a genius rock star in learning. The role of teachers in class is very important. They are not only as a facilitator who will always explain the material, but also they will be a motivator for the teacher. They can use music and some jokes to make their students more interesting in learning. They also will be a guide who will promote critical thinking and help them recognize cultural differences. Many things that I get from this webinar. Thanks
